Mom is having quieter days now...she sleeps much of the day, with a little more wakefulness in the afternoon. Her pain is being managed well - she looks comfortable, and is now sleeping in her "new" bed in the living room. Palliative care is coming by regularly, as well as Deb Nordeman - Mom is in such good hands.
If you plan to visit, we ask that you call first to make sure it is a good time for her. Bas and Alice are still in town, and are staying here for some time longer yet...it is so great to have another set of hands to help care for Mom - we love them!
Thank you for your continued prayers.
