Mom had her bloodwork done this morning, and the oncologist phoned to say that Mom's numbers are too low, and they have postponed her chemo this week (it was supposed to be tomorrow). We are not really surprised, as Mom has not had a great week, and continues to be extremely fatigued and unable to eat much. This is such a difficult journey - we covet your prayers.

  8. Thank you for the continuing updates. We empathize with Helen's pain and discomfort. We pray that she may receive relief and patience and much strong faith. Let us all put our trust in the God of mercy, knowing that His way is the good way, the right way.

  10. To the Aikema family,
May God strengthen you during this difficult journey. We often don't know why these trials come, but we can be assured that God has a purpose for it all. Trust in his goodness and nearness.
