Mom has had a cold for about a week so she went to the doctor yesterday about her cough. The Dr. believes the cancer has advanced in her bad lung and she has more of a blockage in there now. He has put her on antibiotics for pneumonia to take care of any infection, pending or current.
Despite these concerns, our family has been enjoying our time together. Mom is still in good spirits - she keeps a positive attitude and is a constant reminder of thankfulness to our Heavenly Father. The church community has been tremendous in keeping Mom and Dad in their care also - we are so thankful for all your love and concern. May God keep us all in His care as we take time to celebrate the birth of His Son.
